Shipping Returns
To ensure that we can process your return quickly and smoothly, please follow these two simple steps:
- 📝 Fill out the return form – please include the fully completed return form with your shipment.
- 📦 Use sufficient postage – unfortunately, we cannot accept parcels sent unpaid.
⚠️ Important: We can only process returns for items that were purchased directly from us. If you bought your product through a dealer, please send it back to your respective contractual partner.
Returns without a completed return form may be delayed or, in some cases, not processed at all.
